People's Movements
The common people, organized, have always been the ones to push forward any great social, economic or political change. (and most political leaders only act when forced to do so and then take credit for the change).
Don't ever let anyone convince you that war, poverty, inequality. Violence are just the way things as and that they will always be with us. Things always change. Don't ever let anyone convince you that the common people have no power to change government or big business. The common people have all the power.
People's Movements: Abolitionist, Chartism, Labor, Civil Rights, Peace, Women's Rights, Gay Rights, Anti-Nuclear, Environmental, Anti-Globalization
